Swallow the tablets with a glass of water, and take the Trimethoprim dose at the same times each day. The recommended dose for Trimethoprim 100mg is to take one tablet at night.
The active substance in the tablets is Trimethoprim. The other ingredients are Lactose Monohydrate, Maize Starch, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Sodium Starch Glycolate (Type A), Povidone, Colloidal Anhydrous Silica, Magnesium Stearate and Stearic Acid.

If you have been told you have an intolerance to some sugars, contact your doctor before taking this medicine, as it contains a type of sugar called lactose.
