Migraines - How To Treat Them, The Types and What Causes Them
Migraines are severe headaches, with a throbbing pain at the side or front of the head. Some people also experience vomiting, nausea and sensitivity to noise or light. If your migraine is triggered by stress, foods or drink, then avoidance is key. Adopt a healthy life style including regular exercise, plenty of sleep, avoid caffeine and alcohol, eat and rehydrate regularly.
