After the success of Health Support Week back in June, during which we got to know you a little better, we have decided to support the National Pharmacy Association's efforts in creating more efficient relationships between pharmacies and patients. In doing this, this week, we are organising Ask Your Pharmacist Week 2015, as we believe in building a close, confidential relationship with our patients and want to know more about how we can improve our services.
We are always here to help, but Ask Your Pharmacist Week aims to encourage you to ask us questions, discuss any condition that worries you and suggest ways in which we can help you.
Oxford Online Pharmacy intends to use technology in the best way possible, so our health professionals will evaluate your enquiry and offer you personalised guidance. This means that you can discuss potentially 'embarrassing' conditions and products, sparing you any nervousness you may experience in the GP’s waiting room.
If you need to seek advice about certain symptoms or discuss possible side-effects of medicines, we will make sure you receive help in a timely and discreet manner.
We want you to avoid wasting time in long queues or crowded spaces at your local pharmacy, so use our e-mail address (info@oxfordop.co.uk) to contact us.
However, if you are not comfortable using email and would prefer to talk to us directly, give us a ring at 01295 262925 and we will be more than happy to assist with any concerns that you may have.
Ask Your Pharmacist Week is all about ensuring your peace of mind and because we want to have your full confidence, we want you to know that:
We are here for you regardless of your query. Thank you for your trust.
