Spedra (Avanafil) Tablets contains the active ingredient Avanafil. This belongs to a group of medicines called Phosphodiesterase Type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. Spedra is taken for the treatment of men with erectile dysfunction, this is the inability to achieve or maintain an erection sufficient for sexual performance. In order for Spedra to be fully effective, sexual stimulation is required.

Time to work: 15 minutes Lasting: 6 hours
The recommended dose is 100mg tablet or as directed by your GP. You should not take Spedra more than once a day. It is recommended you have an interval of at least 2 days between each dose. You should take Spedra about 30 minutes before you have sexual intercourse. Remember Spedra will only help you to get an erection if you are sexually stimulated.
The active ingredient is Avanafil. Each tablet contains 200mg of Avanafil.
The other ingredients are Mannitol, Fumaric Acid, Hydroxypropylcellulose, Low Substituted Hydroxypropylcellulose, Calcium Carbonate, Magnesium Stearate and Ferric Oxide Yellow (E172).
Side Effects of Spedra
With any medication you take, there is always a risk of side effects. Some are more common than others, and often side effects may subside with the regular usage of the medicine. If the side effects do not subside, you should report them to us, or your GP.
