Tadalafil the generic of Cialis and is for the treatment of erectile dysfunction. Tadalafil is taken for the treatment of men with erectile dysfunction, this is the inability to achieve or maintain an erection sufficient for sexual performance. In order for Tadalafil to be fully effective, sexual stimulation is required. Tadalafil is a prescription only medicine it cannot be bought over the counter.
This is a daily dose continous treatment which helps restore your erections as well as bringing other health benefits. It is particularly recommended for diabetes and men with other underlying health conditions. We recommend a minimum of 3 months treatment to start to see consistent improvement.

Swallow ONE tablet whole with a glass of water once a day at the same time each day.
When taken once a day Tadalafil allows you to obtain an erection, when sexually stimulated, at any time point during the 24 hours of the day. It is important to note that Tadalafil does not work if there is no sexual stimulation. You and your partner will need to engage in foreplay, just as you would if you were not taking a medicine for erectile dysfunction.

Side Effects of Tadalafil
With any medication you take, there is always a risk of side effects. Some are more common than others, and often side effects may subside with the regular usage of the medicine. If the side effects do not subside, you should report them to us, or your GP.

The side effects listed below are more serious, and you should stop taking Tadalfil, and report these to your GP immediately.
