Below you will find a table on which SPF (Sun Protection Factor) of sun cream you should wear for your skin type and destination.

Tips on how to use sun cream properly:
- The more you apply the better
- Reapply suncream regularly
- Apply to clean, dry skin
- Suncreams which are 'waterproof/water resistant' should be reapplied after going in water especially if you have towel dried.
- Do not use suncream after the expiry date
To enjoy the sun safely:
- Try to spend time in the shade between 11am and 3pm
- Cover up with t-shirt, hat and sunglasses
- Use a sunscreen
- Stay hydrated (drink plenty of water even when not thirsty)
