Buy Viridal Duo online in the UK
You can Buy Viridal (Alprostadil) online from Oxford Online Pharmacy for men to treat erectile dysfunction (ED).
Viridal injections come in 10mcg, 20mcg, and 40 mcg doses. They help you get and keep an erection for sexual performance. Available with a prescription from the online doctor service.
What is Viridal Duo?
Viridal Duo contains the active ingredient Alprostadil, which belongs to a class of medications called vasodilators. [1]
Before using the Viridal Duo starter pack, a medical professional must show you how to use the injections. You need this training before you can use them at home
- To get an erection
- To maintain an erection
Viridal Duo comes in a glass cartridge with two chambers.
Alprostadil (al-PROS-ta-dil) is in one chamber, while sodium chloride solution is in the other.
These are combined to create an injection-ready solution for intracavernosal injection (injecting into the shaft of the penis). [2]
How does Viridal work?
The alprostadil injection works by widening blood vessels and increasing blood flow to the penis.
Erections happen because of blood flow. The blood vessels in the penis need to expand and let in more blood to cause and maintain an erection.
The erection process
The penis's blood vessels enlarge and fill with blood when a man is sexually aroused due to nerve signals. This causes the penis to become hard by filling the corpora cavernosa, two chambers in the penis.
Health of blood vessels
The blood arteries must be healthy and able to transport enough blood for this process to function. A restricted flow of blood or injury to the blood vessels might make it difficult to achieve or sustain an erection. [3]
How long does Viridal Duo last?
An erection can happen 10 to 15 minutes after injecting Viridal Duo into the penis. It usually lasts for about an hour.
If you have an erection that lasts more than 4 hours (priapism), go to hospital right away.
Is Viridal Duo right for me?
Viridal Duo injections must only be used by men over the age of 18 who suffer from erectile dysfunction.
This medicine should never be used by women or children.
If you haven't tried any treatments for erectile dysfunction, we recommend starting with one of our first-line treatments. You can try Viagra (Sildenafil) or Cialis (Tadalafil) tablets. You could even try our ED starter pack which contains 3 main ED tablets.
If you cannot take tablets for any reason, you might try topical treatments. Vitaros cream (Alprostadil) is one option. Another option is a non-prescription treatment called Eroxon Stimgel.
Viridal Duo can interact with some medications. Tell your doctor about any medicines you are taking. This is important before using this ED injection in the UK.

How to use Viridal Duo (Alprostadil) (10mcg, 20mcg, 40mcg)
Viridal should be injected into the shaft of the penis at least 10-15 minutes before you want to have sex. Sexual stimulation is not necessary to produce an erection with this medicine.
Most men need 10 to 20 micrograms for each injection. Always follow your doctor's dosage instructions on the label. You must not use more than 40 micrograms in one injection.
Before using the Viridal Duo starter pack, a medical professional must show you how to use Viridal Duo injections.
You must always double check the dose you are taking and follow the instructions given to you by your prescribing doctor.
You shouldn’t use Viridal more than once in 24 hours or more frequently than 2 - 3 times a week. If you use more Viridal than you should, this runs the risk of severe side effects.
You must be evaluated by your GP every 3 months to ensure you are getting the best results from this medicine. They will also monitor its effectiveness and whether you require a dose increase.
