Free Delivery on Orders Over £40

We're excited to offer free delivery on all purchases over £40! Whether you're restocking your essential medications or trying out something new, enjoy the convenience of free delivery right to your door.

How It Works:

• Spend £40 or more on any products, and your delivery is on us!
• This offer is automatically offered at checkout when your basket total exceeds £40.

Important Note:

Please be aware that fridge line products are excluded from this offer. These items require special handling and must be shipped in freezer containers to maintain their quality and effectiveness. Due to the additional shipping requirements, special postage charges will apply for orders containing fridge line products, regardless of the total order value.

Examples of fridge line Products:

• Certain injectable medications, for example Mounjaro and Wegovy
• Medications that require refrigeration for stability

All deliveries are made using the Royal Mail delivery service in discreet, unbranded packaging. 

Orders placed before 1:00 pm will usually be reviewed by our UK-based GMC registered doctors and, if approved, medication will be dispatched the same working day.

Orders placed after 3:00 pm may not be dispatched until the following working day. This includes any orders requesting the Special Delivery option.

Please note that Royal Mail take a photo on their GPS tracking devices to confirm delivery. If delivery cannot be made the parcel is available to collect from your local Royal Mail delivery office.

We can currently only deliver to an address in the UK (including Shetland, Orkney, Guernsey, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland). Please note that IM Postcodes (Isle of Man) are now excluded from Special Delivery and Tracked 24 guarantee of delivery time or day.

Standard Recorded Delivery – Royal Mail Tracked 48 (£2.99)

We charge £2.99 for UK Standard Delivery. The standard delivery charge is the total cost of delivery and packaging, no matter how many items you have purchased.  Standard Delivery orders can take up to three working days to arrive.If you spend over £40 you will be eligible for FREE standard recorded delivery. 

For orders over the value of £40, you will still be charged if you select Next Working Day Delivery (£4.99), Special Delivery (£6.49), or Saturday Delivery (£10.99) options.

Next Working Day Delivery – Royal Mail Tracked 24 (£4.99)

We charge £4.99 for UK Next Working Day Delivery. This service aims for the next working day but is not guaranteed. For guaranteed next day delivery see below.

If you have placed an order after 3:00 pm Monday to Friday, you will miss the cut-off point for our Next Day Delivery service.

Next Working Day Guaranteed Delivery – Royal Mail Special (£6.99)

We charge £6.99 for UK next working day delivery.

Next Working Day delivery orders are sent via Royal Mail service and if authorised before 1:00 pm (Monday-Thursday), they will hopefully arrive the next working day. If you have placed an order after 1:00 pm, you will miss the cut-off point for our Next Day Delivery service; orders placed after 3:00 pm will be processed the following working day.

In addition, Next Day orders placed on Friday before 3:00 pm will arrive the next working day which now includes Saturdays.

If you have placed an order after 1:00 pm Monday to Friday, you will miss the cut-off point for our Next Day Delivery service.

Saturday Delivery – Royal Mail Special  (£10.99)

We charge £10.99 for UK Saturday Delivery via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed.

An option for Saturday Delivery is available for orders placed throughout the week and on Friday on orders placed before 3:00 pm. 

Orders will be reviewed by a GMC registered doctor and, if the selected medication is suitable, will be dispatched on the same day for delivery Saturday.

If you have placed an order after 3:00 pm, you will miss the cut-off point for our Saturday Delivery service.

NHS Prescription Order Delivery

We aim to despatch NHS Prescription medication orders on the same working day that we receive your prescription.

After you have completed your order, you must send your prescription to the following address:
