*Products that require a cold delivery, such as Mounjaro and Wegovy, are excluded from this promotion as they require a specialised service.

Our delivery services

We use Royal Mail, a reliable delivery service, to send all orders on time. While we ensure timely dispatch, occasional delays may occur on their end, which are beyond our control.

Royal Mail will provide you with a tracking link once your order is complete and ready for delivery.

Important note: When ordering Prescription Only Medication from the Online Doctor service there are important safety and ID checks that need to be completed before the order can be dispatched via Royal Mail. Please keep an eye on your email just in case we need to ask you for more information to help the prescribers approve the order as quickly and safely as possible

Standard Recorded Delivery – Royal Mail Tracked 48 £2.99	The standard delivery charge covers both delivery and packaging, regardless of how many items you buy. Standard delivery takes up to three working days. Spend over £40 and get free standard recorded delivery.*
Next Working Day Delivery – Royal Mail Tracked 24 £4.99	This service aims for next-day delivery, but it's not guaranteed. For guaranteed next-day delivery, see below. Orders placed after 1 pm (Monday to Friday) will miss the cut-off for next-day delivery.
Next Working Day Guaranteed Delivery – Royal Mail Special £8.99	Orders placed before 1 pm (Monday–Thursday) should arrive the next working day. Orders after 1 pm will be processed the next working day. Orders after 3 pm are processed the following day. Friday orders placed before 3 pm will arrive the next working day.
Saturday Delivery – Royal Mail Special £10.99	Saturday Delivery is available for orders placed any day of the week, including Friday before 3 pm. A GMC-registered doctor will review your order, and if the medication is suitable, it will be dispatched the same day for Saturday delivery. Orders placed after 1 pm miss the Saturday delivery cut-off.

How soon will my order be delivered?

Orders placed before 1 pm
Will usually be reviewed by our UK-based GMC-registered doctors. If approved, medication will be dispatched on the same working day.
Orders placed after 1 pm
Orders requesting the special delivery option may not be dispatched until the following working day.

Will my delivery be tracked?

Please note that Royal Mail takes a photo on its GPS tracking devices to confirm delivery.

If delivery cannot be made, the parcel can be collected from your local Royal Mail delivery office.

What countries do you deliver to?

We can currently only deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom (including Shetland, Orkney, Guernsey, Isle of Man, and Northern Ireland).

Please note that IM postcodes (Isle of Man) are now excluded from special delivery and tracked 24 guaranteed delivery.

How to order with an NHS prescription?

We aim to dispatch NHS prescription medication orders on the same working day we receive your prescription.

Tracked 48 postage is free. If you’ve paid for it, please email help@oxfordop.co.uk for a refund.
