How to delay your period
You can take Norethisterone tablets which are prescription only medicines by taking an online consultation with the doctor. You will take three tablets a day three days before your period starts. Your period should start two to three days after you stop taking the tablets. You should not use Norethisterone if you have a history of blood clots.
If you take the combined contraceptive pill, you can delay your period by taking two packs back to back. You cannot delay your period by changing the way you take the progestogen only contraceptive pill.
