We offer EPS prescription dispensing (NHS code FDV23), repeat dispensing service and regular NHS prescription dispensing by Post. Please call us on 01295 262925 for more information or place your order here
We offer this service from our pharmacy at Unit 1b, Ironstone Lane, Wroxton, Banbury, OX15 6AY.
If you are on long term repeat medication for example for asthma or diabetes then we recommend you speak to your GP about the Electronic Repeat Dispensing Service.
Note: We may ask you provide proof of exemption (non-age related) as part of our NHS contractual requirements for example a photo of medical exemption card, details of Pre-payment card expiry dates etc.
