Eligibility Requirements
Existing Customers Only
Price matching is available for existing Oxford Online Pharmacy customers with at least one completed order in the past 6-months. It's our way of saying thank you.
7-Day Request Window
Don't worry if you have already placed your order. We'll refund the difference up to 7 days after placing your order.
Registered UK Pharmacies
You can price match us against any GPHC-registered UK pharmacy. You can verify registration by looking for the official logo on their website.
Advertised Price Only
The price must be for existing customers as advertised to the public on their website. It excludes any voucher code discounts or personalised offers. Delivery costs are likewise excluded from price matching.
How the Lowest Price Guarantee Works
Step 1 - Submit Your Price Match Request
Within 7 days of completing your order, submit your price match request using our online form.
Your request must include:
- A screenshot showing the product and lower price from the registered UK pharmacy
- The full URL of the product on the pharmacy's website
- Exact product details: name, strength, and pack size
- Your full name and Oxford Online Pharmacy order number
Step 2 - We Process Your Refund
We'll review your request (and if approved) we'll promptly process your price difference refund.
