Introducing our new and improved process

With safety being our main priority, as an online pharmacy, we have created a new and improved order process for you. As a result, we aim to provide you with more transparency and ultimately an easier order process.  

This is being done in accordance with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) guidance. Their approach to monitoring and inspecting is similar to how they regulate face-to-face primary medical services that also have an online healthcare element.

This change means that you can complete the questionnaire before making your payment. 

How to use our new process?  

Once you are on our site you choose the category that you require. 

The next step is to complete our new online doctor’s consultation by answering some questions.  

Finally, once the short consultation is completed and submitted, you can continue to order your medication.

Comparable to the discussion you would have in person with your doctor, our consultation enables you to do this by providing information to us conveniently and safely.
