Oxford Online Pharmacy offers a confidential online prescription service — no face-to-face appointment needed.

Simply complete our secure online consultation, and one of our UK based GMC registered doctors will review your answers to assess whether treatment is right for you. If they're satisfied you're suitable, they'll issue a private prescription, which our pharmacy team will dispense and post directly to your door. (We're not a replacement for your GP, but offer convenient access to many services not available through your NHS GP.)

How Our Online Doctor Service Works

Step 1 — Simple online consultation

Step 2 — Registered doctor review

A GMC-registered doctor will review your information and write a private prescription, if appropriate.

Step 3 — We dispense & deliver

Our GPhC-registered pharmacists will dispense your treatment and send it in plain packaging with Royal Mail tracked delivery.

About Our Online Doctor Service

When you complete any online consultation, it’s important you provide us with detailed and honest answers. Just like with a face to face appointment, we can only make sure the treatment is safe for you, if you give us accurate information about your health and current medications.

Some of these treatments may not be available on the NHS, others you may be a little embarrassed about seeking treatments, or you may just not have time to get to your GP. Whichever it is, you can fill out a doctor assessment online, and select be prescribed a treatment that suits you. Please note, that this service is complementary to your own GP’s services, and not a replacement.

Medication for the service is prepared and dispensed from our trusted and registered online pharmacy, and dispatched in discreet packaging to your address. Medication is sourced from wholesalers in the UK, who are registered with the MHRA. You can, therefore, be confident that you are receiving genuine, safe and effective medication.

Our experienced family-based team is located in Oxfordshire, UK. We are registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) under number 9012796, authorised by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) to sell medicines online, and registered and inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). These governing bodies ensure that all medications offered are genuine and regulated to a high standard. : You can contact us via our website contact form, email, live chat, or telephone. Our aim is to always provide clear and helpful answers to any queries. If you are unsure about any of our products, online prescription orders, or treatments, our team is always happy to assist.
: As a fully UK-regulated Online Pharmacy and Online Doctor, we make ordering prescription medicines simple and safe. Start by completing a short, confidential health questionnaire, where you’ll tell us about your health history and select your preferred treatment before paying. A GMC-registered doctor will then review your information and, if appropriate, write you a private prescription. From there, our GPhC-registered pharmacists will dispense your treatment and send it to you in plain, discreet packaging via Royal Mail tracked delivery.
: We will never inform your GP without your consent. Although it is recommended to keep your doctor informed of any medication you are taking, this is completely optional and only done upon request. Note: some services can only be provided to you if you agree to GP notification, such as Weight Loss. We can give you more information via our Customer Services Team.
Your medical information and order history is 100% confidential and only visible to Oxford Online Pharmacy staff.
When you pay by debit/credit card the payment will be shown on your bank statement as ‘FROSTS (ONLINE) LIMITED’.
: Please read the patient safety leaflet included with your medication. If you experience side effects, stop taking the medication and follow the leaflet’s guidance. You can also contact our Pharmacy Team on 01295 262925, Monday to Friday from 10:00am to 4:00pm. As a precaution, our Pharmacy Team will contact you 14 days after receiving your new medication to ensure everything is in order. In an emergency, call 999, or for non-urgent medical advice, call NHS 111.
