The Oxford Online Pharmacy Online Doctor service allows a patient to complete consultations online to assess suitability for treatment. The GP's are trained and registered in the UK, and look to make sure that what they prescribe is safe and effective for your condition.
Select the treatment that you wish to buy. Once you have done this, complete a free two-minute questionnaire online so one of our doctors can determine whether this is the right treatment for you. If you need help or advice please ask us.

Your treatment will be delivered to you discreetly and quickly. We always use discreet packaging so that no one will be able to tell what sort of product is inside.
When you complete any online consultation, it’s important you provide us with detailed and honest answers. Just like with a face to face appointment, we can only make sure the treatment is safe for you, if you give us accurate information about your health and current medications.
Some of these treatments may not be available on the NHS, others you may be a little embarrassed about seeking treatments, or you may just not have time to get to your GP. Whichever it is, you can fill out a doctor assessment online, and select be prescribed a treatment that suits you. Please note, that this service is complementary to your own GP’s services, and not a replacement.
Medication for the service is prepared and dispensed from our trusted and registered online pharmacy, and dispatched in discreet packaging to your address. Medication is sourced from wholesalers in the UK, who are registered with the MHRA. You can, therefore, be confident that you are receiving genuine, safe and effective medication.
If, for whatever reason, the Doctor will not write a prescription for you, we will first contact you about your order. It might be that the Doctor wants to ask a few more questions before they will write a prescription. If the Doctor finds that the item you have ordered is unsuitable, and declines your request, we will contact you and give you a full refund.
To use our Online Doctor Service you need to tick the box ‘I need a prescription’ when ordering your medication. This will add the prescription to your basket. Once you have paid for your order there will be a questionnaire you will need to complete for the Doctor. The Doctor will look at the questionnaire you have submitted and based on your answers a prescription will be completed for you.
Yes you do. If the questionnaire is not completed the Doctor will not have a full overview of your situation and as such cannot write the prescription for you.
There are several ways to get your consultation questionnaire. If you require a private prescription, you will be directed to the appropriate questionnaire after purchase. If this is not the case and you perhaps navigated away from the redirection process, you can manually get your questionnaire by going to 'My Account' and finding your order in the order history, you should be provided a 'Complete consultation' button, click on it and you will be directed to the questionnaire.
We will not automatically contact your GP to pass on details of your visit but we are more than happy to do so, if you so wish.
If our dedicated GP needs to talk to you over the phone they will contact you.
Orders are reviewed and dispatched by 3pm on the day your consultation takes place.
