Nisha Wariyar — BSc MBBS MRCP MRCGP

Dr Nisha Wariyar qualified from the Royal Free Hospital School of Medicine in 2002. She undertook postgraduate medical training in several specialities including Respiratory Medicine, Gastroenterology and Haematology before attaining Membership of the Royal College of Physicians in 2006.

She has worked as an NHS GP since 2012 and has particular interests in Respiratory Medicine, Women's Health and Gastroenterology. Dr Wariyar believes in a holistic approach to healthcare and has channelled her extensive medical experience to develop a passion for Medical Writing, a role she is excited to continue at Oxford Online Pharmacy.

Her diverse clinical background, from hospital specialities to general practice, provides her with comprehensive medical knowledge that enhances her writing and patient care capabilities. Examples of her medical writing work can be found on her LinkedIn profile.

In her spare time, Dr Wariyar enjoys yoga and running. She recently completed the Great North Run 2021, raising over £1000 for Water Aid, demonstrating her commitment to charitable causes beyond her medical practice.
