- Daily soft oral tablet that melts under the tongue
- Contains a specific amount of birch tree pollen
- Start 4 months before tree pollen season

Minimising tree pollen allergy symptoms through desensitisation
Itulazax addresses the root cause of tree pollen allergies using desensitisation therapy (allergen immunotherapy). By retraining how your body responds to birch tree family pollen, this treatment helps relieve troublesome symptoms like sneezing, stuffy or runny nose and red, itchy or watery eyes.
Desensitisation therapy in action
The way Itulazax works in the body is straightforward - your body receives carefully controlled doses of birch pollen extract to help reprogramme your immune response. Over the treatment period, your system learns to recognise tree pollen as harmless rather than a threat, leading to fewer and milder reactions during pollen season and beyond.
Experiencing other airborne allergies?
If you’ve been diagnosed with a grass pollen allergy (Grazax) or a house dust mite allergy (Acarizax), we offer similar desensitisation treatments to fight disruptive daily symptoms.
Are Itulazax Tablets right for me?
Itulazax is an immunotherapy treatment for tree pollen allergy when other treatment options haven’t worked. Read our initial eligibility criteria below before completing an online consultation.
