Refer a Friend Terms

The Promotion

1. Anyone in the UK aged 18 and over can participate in the Promotion. To become a referrer, you must get your unique referral code found from this page when logged in: https://www.oxfordonlinepharmacy.co.uk/refer-a-friend. 
   Once obtained, you can send the link to friends (“Friends”) who aren’t Frosts Online Ltd customers and who are happy to be referred by you.
   Friends and family can register with Frosts Online Ltd using your referral code to create the referral.
2. Once the friend has made a Qualifying Purchase, a confirmation of the referral reward will be emailed to both the referrer and the friend stating you both qualified for the reward.
3. For every friend you refer (who makes a Qualifying Purchase), you and the friend will each receive a set monetary reward.
4. In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of the promotion, Frosts Online Ltd reserves the right to end or suspend the promotion; and/or amend these terms and conditions.
5. Users’ personal data will be collected, stored and processed for the purposes of administering and assessing the Promotion. Frosts Online Ltd will comply with all requirements of the Data Protection Act 2018. Qualifying Purchases

1. A ‘qualifying purchase’ is the completion of a new customer order(s) that meets the current value requirement of £50 made on our website oxfordonlinepharmacy.co.uk. 
2. The value requirement is subject to change and is shown on the customers refer a friend page.
