Cetraben Ointment is an opaque white ointment with an odour charactistic of soft white paraffin.

For external use only:
Adults and children over 1 year: Always wash your hands before and after use. You should apply to areas of dry skin as often as needed. Following the hair growth direction you can gently smooth the cream into the skin.For children aged under one year please speak to your pharmacist or doctor.
As a bath additive: You will need to melt around 4g (about a teaspoonful) of Cetraben ointment in hot water in a suitable container. Then add to your bath water ensuring the water has cooled sufficiently before getting in.
As a soap substitute: Use a small smount of the ointment from the tub and lather it using warm water and use as needed when washing or in the shower. Skin should be patted dry.
Contains: Light liquid paraffin 45% w/w, white soft paraffin 35% w/w, cetostearyl alcohol, polysorbate 60.
Fire Hazard: Do not smoke or go near naked flames: clothing or bedding with this product dried on them can catch fire easily.
Washing, clothing and bedding may reduce product build-up but not totally removing it.
If you accidentally swallow some see a doctor straight away. Show them the tub or label.
Important: Contains cetostearyl alcohol which can cause local skin reactions
Pregancy and breastfeeding: Using Cetraben ointment during preganancy and breastfeeding is unlikely to have any ill effects. If unsure talk to you doctor or pharmacist.
Keep out of the reach and sight of children
Do not refrigerate or freeze.
Use within 3 months of opening.
