Acnecide contains the active component benzoyl peroxide 5%, which fights the bacteria (germs) Cutibacterium acnes, which is one of the primary causes of acne.
This medication has been prescribed by your doctor or chemist to treat your acne. Acne manifests as blackheads and whiteheads, which are commonly referred to as pimples or spots.
This medication can be used to treat acne on the face, chest, or back.
Acnecide gel is recommended for first line treatment for acne and it can be used other oral antibiotic treatments.

After washing with a mild cleanser and water, apply Acnecide once or twice a day to the entire affected areas, or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.
Side effects of Acnecide 5% Gel 30g
May bleach hair and dyed fabrics.
Avoid contact with the eyes, mouth, angles of the nose and other sensitive areas or damaged skin.
