28 tablets make up each strip of desogestrel 75 mcg tablets. On the strip's front, between the tablets, arrows are printed. On the strip's reverse side, the days of the week are printed. One tablet is corresponding to each day. Take a tablet from the top row each time you begin a new strip of desogestrel 75 mcg tablets. Don't begin with a random tablet. For instance, if you begin on a Wednesday, you must select the tablet from the front row that is labelled WED. Once the pack is empty, keep taking one tablet per day while always going in the direction shown by the arrows.

You can quickly determine if you have already taken your tablet on a given day by looking at the back of your pack. Every day, take your tablet around the same time.
