Femseven Conti (Estradiol/Levonorgestrel) Patch is a Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT). It contains two female hormones an Oestrogen-Estradiol and a Progestogen-Levonorgestrel. It is used to relieve the symptoms occurring after menopause.

The most frequent side effects may occur very commonly (in more than 1 in 10 people):

skin irritation at the site of application (disappeared 2 or 3 days after patch removal)
bleeding or spotting
breast tenderness

The following side effects may occur commonly (up to 1 in 10 people):

breast pain (mastodynia)
indigestion (dyspepsia)
headache

The following side effects may occur uncommonly (up to 1 in 100 people):

fluid retention, swelling (oedema)
abdominal cramps
feeling sick (nausea)
hypertension
weight increase/loss
fatigue
benign breast tissue changes
migraine
bloating
leg cramps
dizziness
