Trisequens (Estradiol/Norethisterone) Tablets are a sequential Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) which is taken every day without interruption. It is used in postmenopausal women with at least 6 months since their last natural period to relieve the symptoms occurring after menopause.
The menopausal symptoms of oestrogen insufficiency are alleviated by HRT, in this case, Trisequens. It is a short-term symptomatic medication taken when these symptoms are brought on by ovaries-related medical or surgical operations.
Menopause often happens between the ages of 45 and 55. A woman gradually stops producing the feminine hormones progesterone and oestrogen throughout this normal life transition. Two hormones, an oestrogen (estradiol) and a progestagen (norethisterone acetate) are present in Trisequens. A significant female sex hormone that functions similarly to progesterone is norethisterone acetate, a synthetic progestagen.
The oestrogen from Trisequens alleviates the symptoms of an oestrogen deficiency. The progestagen guards against excessive oestrogen stimulation of the lining of your womb.

Swallow ONE tablet whole with a glass of water once a day, at about the same time each day. Days 1-12 take one blue tablet each day for 12 days, days 13-22 take one white tablet each day for 10 days, days 23-28 take one red tablet each day for 6 days.
Once you have finished the pack, start a new pack continuing the treatment without interruption.
