Wash your hands before and unless it is being used on the hands, after each use.
Only apply to the skin which has the psoriasis.
Your doctor will advise how much to use. Either squeeze the Dovonex directly onto the affected area or onto your finger if you prefer.
Apply a think layer then rub it in gently to cover the psoriasis.
For the best results you should use twice each day (morning & evening) however your doctor may suggest once a day.
