The normal dose is:
Adults, the elderly, and children 12 and older should take two 5 ml spoonfuls every day (to a maximum of 10 mg daily).
6 to 11-year-old children should take either two 5 ml spoonfuls once a day or one 5 ml spoonful twice a day (to a maximum of 10 mg daily).
