Keep out of reach and sight of children. Store between 4 degrees celcius to 30 degrees celcius in a cool dry place away from sunlight.
For best results the test should be carried out first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and you should not have had anything to eat or drink for a period of 12 hours before carrying out the test.
Prick your finger with the enclosed single use lancet and apply one drop of blood to the 'test' area of the test card. After 3 minutes check the colour of the test area against the incorporated colour comparative chart, this indicates your result.

Please read the enclosed instruction leaflet carefully before use. Do not use the test after the expiry date. Use test and lancet only once. Do not use a damaged lancet. Do not take apart the test card.
After use, the test components can be disposed of with normal household waste. There is no danger from any test component, provided you have used all the components according to the instruction leaflet.
