How to use SELFCheck Menopause Test
The test may be performed at any time of the day, but it is recommended that an early morning urine sample is used.
Collect a sample of urine and immerse the 'dipping zone' into the collected sample for about 3 seconds. Do not allow the urine level to go above the dipping zone. After 3 seconds remove the test strip from the urine sample and wait 10 minutes. Using the instruction leaflet provided interpret the result.

Do not use test after the expiry date. Use the test only once. Do not take apart the test strip. For external use only. After use, the test components can be disposed of with normal household waste. There is no danger from any test component, provided you have used all the components according to the instruction leaflet.
