How to use PocDoc healthy heart check one pack
You can follow these step-by-step instructions to use the test:
- Create an account with your health information and personal details to sign into the PocDoc app.
- Always wash your hands thoroughly before starting the test.
- Use the alcohol wipe included in the kit to wipe a finger on your non dominant hand.
- Use the lancet provided to prick your finger to draw blood. Make sure to wipe the first drop of blood away and then form a larger drop.
- Drop the blood sample into the pipette provided and fill it to the 25ul mark. Make sure you don’t squeeze the bulb while doing this as if the sample has air in you will have to dispose of it and start all over again.
- Once the sample has been collected you can add it to the deposit area on the test, ensure the pipette doesn’t touch the area.
- Then press the start timer on the PocDoc app and wait 7 minutes.
- When the alarm stops, remove the ‘peel here’ sticker and take a picture of the test. After taking the photo, press send.
- Your results will be ready to view afterwards.
