Louise graduated with an MPharm degree from Nottingham University in 2002, qualifying as a pharmacist in 2003 after completing her pre-registration year at LloydsPharmacy. She then spent 19 years in pharmacy management, training and development, working as a Professional Standards Pharmacist.

Louise dedicated many years supporting community pharmacies and online pharmacy services within LloydsPharmacy, ensuring they upheld the highest regulatory standards (GPhC) and provided exemplary patient experiences. Over the last two years, she transferred her skills to ophthalmology, working as a Quality and Patient Safety Partner with ophthalmic practices to ensure Care Quality Commission compliance.
